Welcome to Chagford Gospel Church

Our Fellowship

We are a friendly, independent, evangelical church based in the heart of Chagford. We believe in a personal relationship with God, made possible by the life, death and resurrection of his Son, Jesus Christ.

Our aims are based on Luke 10:27 and Acts 1:8:

• To worship the Lord our God.
• To proclaim the Gospel.
• To love, support and help each other as Jesus taught.
• To share God’s goodness by serving our local community in Jesus’ name.

Our Sunday Services

Sunday service times are as follows:

10:15 – 10:45am Breaking of Bread (Communion)

11:00 – 12.00pm Family Service (and Sunday Club for children and teenagers)

Our services are relaxed and informal, and although planned, there is plenty of room for the Holy Spirit to move. Services include a time of teaching given by one of our fellowship or a visiting speaker.

Sunday Club groups also run for children and teenagers. Once a month, we have a Praise Service when we all remain together for our worship.

All are welcome to stay for tea and coffee after the service.
